The Commercial Council is excited to bring this unique opportunity to visit Phoenix Systems Headquarters located in South Forsyth County. Phoenix Systems is one of the most successful privately held commercial and residential smart home design and installation companies on the East Coast completing over 30,000 installations across North America. You will have the opportunity to hear from Phoenix Systems about commercial security, access control, and commercial networks and surveillance.

As a reminder, the Board of Directors implemented the $25 deposit required for free events to ensure that members who wished to attend these programs would be able to do so. Previously, we had a high no-show rate at many of our free events and members who wished to attend were unable to do so. If you pay the deposit to register, you will receive a refund after you either (1) attend the class or (2) cancel with 48 hours of advance notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Alex Babayev

Alex Babayev embarked on his real estate journey at the age of 21 with the acquisition of his first condominium in Atlanta, GA. Since that initial transaction, Alex has nurtured a fervent passion for real estate transactions, solidifying his status as a dedicated investor in the field.

Today, Alex fosters valuable relationships with investors nationwide, esteemed for his adept insights into property flipping and his unwavering commitment to fostering mutually beneficial deals. With a firm belief in the adage "cash is king," Alex prioritizes financial agility, enabling swift deal closures, maintaining competitiveness, and fortifying his robust portfolio. He derives immense satisfaction from imparting his knowledge and empowering others to harness similar strategies for success.

Alex adheres to a straightforward approach in his endeavors, emphasizing the identification of objectives, meticulous planning, and unwavering dedication to project completion. These principles have positioned Alex as a prominent figure in real estate investment, not only in Atlanta but throughout the United States. While Alex's career initially centered on residential real estate, his recent focus has shifted toward commercial ventures. Alex holds a Master's degree in Taxation and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University. Having immigrated from Tashkent, Uzbekistan at a young age, he settled in San Diego, CA, before relocating to Atlanta, GA, during his senior year of high school. Alex holds a deep admiration for the Atlanta community, embracing the wealth of opportunities and connections he has cultivated within it.
