Candidate Requirements:

• Genuine interest in advancing a career in commercial real estate
• No more than 5 years of commercial real estate experience
• Active ACBR member - or must become one prior to the start of the program. (If membership is not secured, the individual will be replaced by another candidate.)
• Must come from an underrepresented race and/or gender, such as Minorities and/or Women

Key Dates:

• Friday, October 3, 2025 – Application Deadline
• November 2025 – Brief but impactful interviews will be held at the Atlanta REALTORS® Center, lasting 15–20 minutes. You’ll be notified with details if you’re chosen to move forward.
• November 2025 – Selections announced via email/phone
