The August 2025 housing market across Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties showed stronger activity than last year. Sales volume reached $34.8M, up 9.9%, with 107 units sold—an 18.9% increase. The median sale price rose to $299,000, up 2.8% from the previous year.
New listings declined 17.6% year-over-year to 131, while active listings rose 11.7% to 411. Compared to July, sales volume jumped 18.6%, units sold climbed 28.9%, and median sale price increased 6.8%.
