The October 2025 housing market across Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties showed strong growth compared to last year. Sales volume reached $23.27M, up 31.5% year-over-year, with 71 units sold, a 14.5% increase. The median sale price was $265,000, up 3.9% from October 2024.
New listings totaled 155, down 1.9% year-over-year, but up 5.4% from last month. Active listings rose to 423, an increase of 9.6% year-over-year and 5.2% month-over-month. Compared to September, sales volume fell 29.2%, units sold decreased 12.3%, and median sale price dropped 15.9%.
