Second Round of Input Meetings Offered For Forsyth County Comprehensive Plan Update

The Forsyth County Comprehensive Plan serves as a policy guide for decisions made in relation to growth and land use change. The plan addresses critical issues and opportunities through the incorporation of a shared vision for the community's future. Foster Forsyth 2022 is a 12-month planning effort that will culminate in a partial update to the County’s Comprehensive Plan, which will include three rounds of community input via in-person and online activities.

2022 Slate of Proposed New Officers & Directors

In accordance with the 400 North Bylaws, the Nominating Committee has met to review the open positions on the Board of Directors for 2022. The slate of Officers and Directors was selected and is being presented to the membership. 2021 Circle of Excellence Application Deadline
Friday, January 21, 2022 by 5:00 PM

Our new online application program will allow users to sync transactions from FMLS (default) or GAMLS to allow for a quicker, verified application process. Since the use of the online portal does require an initial sync with FMLS/GAMLS to occur, we are recommending that this be done as soon as possible. We encourage everyone to use your current 400N login and password to access the new Online Application and create your profile, so your transactions begin syncing. We are very excited about the capabilities of the online portal, as it was designed with you in mind! 

Change to 2021 Circle of Excellence Rules
Updates for 2021 Transactions - 'Units' Defined for Leases

For the 2021 400N Circle of Excellence, 'Units' shall be defined as a single side of a transaction for a sale and as .25 credit for a lease. The amount of the gross aggregate rental called for in the original term of the lease shall be credited as the volume credit and .25 units will be credited for each lease. The maximum credit allowed for each lease shall be 100% of the total aggregate rental amount and .25 units. At no point shall volume credit exceed 100% or the unit credit exceed .25 units for any single lease transaction.
