Becoming the tribe leader by hosting client appreciation events is a purposeful method of generating consistent leads from people who already know, like and trust you. This class will teach you how to create client events and the lead generation systems surrounding them to reach your annual transactional goals. Building a business through client events creates a mutually fulfilling experience for both the client and the consumer as it utilizes a highly relational approach.

About the Instructor
Alyce Dailey is a Baltimore, Maryland native. Alyce and her husband Seth own and operate Keller Williams Gateway and the The Dailey Group, a residential real estate sales team in Baltimore which sells 150+ homes annually. They have built a nationally recognized real estate practice by hosting parties, community centric events and by strategically building relationships one at a time. Alyce teaches business owners across the country on how to build referral based businesses. She loves to teach, train and coach real estate professionals, especially during a shifting market.
Alyce is a graduate of Regent University (M.A) and Wheaton College. She has sung the U.S and Canadian National Anthems for the Baltimore Orioles and Chicago White Sox. She also summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2016, alongside fourteen women in order to raise awareness and funds for women who have been affected by violence in war zones such as Syria, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Sudan. She has co-led groups to the Syrian border on multiple occasions to raise awareness of women’s issues.
Alyce is a two time winner of The Daily Record’s Top 100 Influential Women in Business in Maryland as well as The Daily Record’s VIP List Award (under 40 leader in Baltimore) and Real Estate Agent of the Year (2018).
Alyce loves all things music, journaling, and traveling with Seth and their four daughters: Karissa, Lorra, Annika and Brielle.
