Let’s go back to the basics on October 15th at the Forsyth Conference Center. This class is a review of each section of the contract with special emphasis on the portions that create closing issues. It covers the GAR® Purchase & Sale Agreement and the most used or most misused Exhibits and Stipulations. This class is beneficial for brand-new agents and experienced agents and is Broker CE approved.
