Rich will also provide a comprehensive overview of local ordinances that govern short-term rentals, ensuring you stay informed and compliant. Additionally, he’ll share valuable strategies for wealth creation, focusing on how to maximize your revenue potential through short-term rentals versus long-term rental properties. This luncheon is an excellent opportunity for both seasoned professionals and those new to the market to learn effective tactics for success in this evolving industry.

As a reminder, the Board of Directors implemented the $25 deposit required for free events to ensure that members who wished to attend these programs would be able to do so. Previously, we had a high no-show rate at many of our free events and members who wished to attend were unable to do so. If you pay the deposit to register, you will receive a refund after you either (1) attend the class or (2) cancel with 48 hours of advance notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Rich Munroe

Rich Munroe is an Airbnb Ambassador and seasoned real estate expert with over twenty years of experience, having facilitated more than $60 million in real estate transactions across Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, and Washington, DC. As the managing member of Diamond Edge Properties, an Atlanta-based real estate investment firm, he has built and scaled a short-term rental portfolio of seventy-five properties across Georgia and Florida.

With deep expertise in maximizing rental revenue across residential, multi-family, and boutique hotel properties, Rich has become a trusted authority in the short-term rental space. He is also a dedicated educator, providing training, coaching, and consulting through BNB Investing Group. As the host of the BNB Investing Podcast, he interviews top industry operators and investors, sharing insights and strategies for success.

Beyond real estate, Rich is an active industry advocate and frequent speaker at national conferences, working on both state and federal legislative initiatives. He serves as the President of the Atlanta Metro Short Term Rental Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting fair and balanced short-term rental regulations.

Rich studied Business Administration at Howard University and lives in Atlanta with his family, including three sons and eight grandchildren.
