In November 2025, housing activity across Bartow and Gordon counties showed softer year-over-year sales alongside steadier pricing and elevated inventory levels. Increased supply continues to support more balanced market conditions, giving buyers greater choice while encouraging thoughtful pricing strategies from sellers. Overall, the year-over-year trends point to a market that remains active but measured, creating opportunities for REALTORS® to guide clients with confidence as conditions continue to stabilize.

  • Bartow County – November 2025:
    In November 2025, the Bartow County housing market continued to cool compared to last year, with sales activity softening and median pricing easing as the market adjusted to year-end conditions. Inventory levels remained elevated year-over-year, contributing to a more balanced environment as new listings slowed and overall supply eased slightly from October. These conditions point to increased choice for buyers and highlight the importance of competitive pricing and realistic expectations for sellers.  
  • Gordon County – November 2025:
    Gordon County’s housing market showed mixed year-over-year trends in November, with sales activity improving annually but slowing from the previous month. Pricing remained uneven across the market, reflecting variability among price points, while inventory continued to build compared to last year. With supply levels rising, the market is shifting toward a more balanced pace, creating opportunities for buyers and encouraging sellers to be strategic as demand moderates.
