November Market Brief – ROME Highlights

The November 2025 housing market in Floyd County showed steady activity with modest year-over-year shifts. Sales volume reached $24.6M, down 1.8% year-over-year, while 86 units sold, reflecting an 11.7% increase compared to last November. The median sales price rose to $257,000, marking a 3.6% year-over-year gain

Inventory levels remained elevated, with 133 new listings, up 47.8% year-over-year, and 466 active listings, a 33.9% increase from last year. Compared to October 2025, sales volume declined 10.0%, while units sold increased 2.4%. Median sales price dipped slightly month-over-month by 1.1%, new listings decreased 16.9%, and active listings edged up 1.3%.
