In September 2025, Bartow and Gordon counties showed healthy housing market activity. Bartow County continued its strong momentum with rising home sales and steady price growth, while Gordon County saw more modest sales but notable increases in home values. Both areas are offering more inventory than last year, giving buyers plenty of choices in a market that’s steadily moving forward.

  • Bartow County: September 2025 was a strong month for Bartow County’s housing market! Single-family home sales rose to 134, up 32.7% from last year and 5.5% from August. The median sales price reached $344,000 (+7.5% Y/Y), with the average price at $385,000 (+4.3% Y/Y). Buyers and sellers had plenty of options, with 515 active listings (+32.1% Y/Y) and 229 new listings (+19.3% Y/Y). The market’s months’ supply increased slightly to 4.2, reflecting healthy activity and steady growth.
  • Gordon County: September 2025 showed solid growth for Gordon County’s housing market! 40 single-family homes sold, up 11.1% from last year. The median sales price jumped to $320,000 (+19.2% Y/Y), with the average price at $362,000 (+8.1% Y/Y). Buyers had 213 active listings to choose from (+29.1% Y/Y), while 75 new homes hit the market. The months’ supply held steady at 5.3, reflecting a balanced market with strong price growth.
