September Market Brief – ROME Highlights

The September 2025 housing market in Floyd County continued to show steady growth. Sales volume reached $30.3M, up 17.1% year-over-year and 3.8% higher than August. Units sold increased 9.7% from last year to 102, marking a 6.3% monthly gain.
The median sales price rose to $273,000, up 7.9% year-over-year and 0.7% higher than August. New listings totaled 166, increasing 12.2% from last year but down 5.1% month-over-month. Active listings climbed to 443, up 27.7% year-over-year and 0.5% above August.
