April Market Brief – GMLRA Highlights

The April 2025 housing market across Rabun, White, and Habersham counties showed solid growth in some areas with slight declines in others. Sales volume reached $54,444,602, up 0.1% from last year. A total of 121 units were sold, down just 0.8% year-over-year. The median sales price rose 9.0% to $340,500. Active listings increased 44.5% to 685, while new listings dipped slightly by 1.1% to 263. Compared to March, sales volume climbed 18.8%, and units sold rose 24.7%, while the median price declined 8.0%..
