In April 2025, Bartow and Gordon counties continued to show year-over-year growth in inventory and new listings.
Bartow County:
Home sales rose slightly by 0.8% with 126 units sold. The median sales price climbed to $350,000, while the average sales price dipped 1.0% to $386,500. Active listings increased 45.6% to 432, and new listings totaled 224, up 16.1%. Inventory rose to 3.7 months.
Gordon County:
Sales improved 10.0% with 55 homes sold. The median price held steady at $270,000, and the average price fell 5.0% to $287,500. Active listings reached 166, up 45.6%, with 74 new listings—a 4.2% increase. Inventory rose slightly to 4.1 months.
