In August 2025, Paulding County reported 252 single-family home sales, up from both last year and the prior month. The median sales price was $370,000, slightly below last year but higher than July, while the average price of $381,000 also dipped year-over-year but held steady month-to-month. Active listings totaled 908, showing a year-over-year increase but a slight pullback from July. New listings fell to 375, down from last month though still higher than a year ago. Months’ supply eased to 4.2, remaining above last year’s level but just below July.
