July Market Brief – GULBOR Highlights

 The July 2025 housing market across Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties cooled compared to last year. Sales volume totaled $29.4M, down 11.3% year-over-year, with 83 units sold—a 15.3% decline. The median sale price held steady at $280,000, down 1.9% from last year.

New listings increased 8.5% to 179, while active listings climbed 18.3% to 420. Compared to June, sales volume fell 23.9%, units sold dropped 15.3%, and prices edged down 0.9%.
