July Market Brief – NWMAR Highlights

In July 2025, Bartow and Gordon counties showed mixed results, with Bartow holding steady while Gordon saw a slowdown in sales.

Bartow County:
Bartow recorded 134 home sales, up from last year but down from June. The median price was $329,000, slightly higher than last year but lower month-over-month. The average price settled at $362,000. Inventory continued to climb with 476 active listings, while new listings rose to 244. Months’ supply increased to 4.0.

Gordon County:
Gordon reported 42 home sales, down from both last year and the previous month. The median price was $288,500, with the average price at $317,500. Active listings grew to 202, while new listings totaled 81. Months’ supply rose to 5.0, reflecting more choices for buyers despite slower sales activity.
