June Market Brief – NWMAR Highlights

In June 2025, Bartow and Gordon counties showed steady growth, with Gordon seeing a strong rebound in sales.

Bartow County:
Bartow recorded 134 home sales, up slightly from last year but down from May. The median price was $329,000, with inventory rising to 476 active listings. New listings increased to 244, and months’ supply held at 4.0.

Gordon County:
Gordon saw 46 homes sold, a solid jump from last month and last year. The median price rose to $288,500, with average prices and inventory also increasing. New listings reached 87, and months’ supply rose to 4.8.
