March Market Brief – GULBOR Highlights

The March 2025 housing market across Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties showed steady performance. Sales volume reached $30,707,851, slightly up by 0.3% compared to last year, while units sold increased by 6.6% to 97. Active listings grew by 23.3%, boosting inventory, while the median sales price declined by 7.4% to $249,990, signaling a shift in pricing trends. Month-over-month, sales volume saw a significant jump of 31.7%, and units sold rose by 42.6%. However, the median sales price dropped by 0.7%, and new listings increased by just 1.4%, while active listings fell by 2.3%..
