In March 2025, both Bartow and Gordon counties experienced notable shifts in the housing market compared to last year.

Bartow County: Home sales decreased by 8.3%, totaling 111 units sold. The median sales price saw a 6.3% increase to $340,000, while the average sales price decreased by 6.4% to $344,000. Active listings grew significantly, rising by 59.4% to 397, while new listings surged by 43.5%, reaching 231. The month's supply of inventory increased by 54.7%, now at 3.4 months, providing more options for buyers..

Gordon County:Home sales decreased by 26.2%, totaling 45 units sold. The median sales price increased by 21.2%, reaching $320,000, while the average sales price rose by 16.4% to $362,500. Active listings grew by 70.2% to 160, and new listings increased by 33.3%, totaling 76. The month's supply of inventory surged by 98.2%, now at 3.95 months, giving buyers more time to consider their options.
